She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swayze and Virginia Swayze (Phillips); and her husband Jim Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Todd Swayze (Candy) of Olivet, Christine Furgala (Jack) of Eaton Rapids and Andrew Wilson (Mary) of California; her grandchildren, Alexis Swayze, Tiffany Swayze, Jolene Cary (John), Jack Furgala and Stephanie Furgala; and her siblings, Keith Swayze (Yuonne) of California and Jamie McCormick of Lansing. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
