She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Johnson and Gladys Johnson (Petrie); her husband Keith E. Starr; and her daughters, Patricia Starr and Aneta Solomon.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Tasker (Jerry) of Crystal and Kevin Starr (Paula) of Lowell; her grandchildren, Michelle Ward, Rachelle Peiffer, Wendy Hoekenga (Ed), Stephanie Voorheis (Doug), Jason Starr (Liz), Melanie Starr, Malorie Telman, Heather Lott (Mike), Anita Tett (Keith) and Tristin Martinez-Starr; her sisters, Audrey Raymond of Belding and Bernice Strong of California; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Johnson of Florida and Joan Kessler of Grand Haven. She is also survived by friends, and her neighbors.
