Eavey, Holly Leone Clack (Jimmy) and Candis Yvonne Hantal-Eavey; his son Joseph Melchert (Rebecca); his grandchildren, David Choinere, Christine Choinere, Irene Melchert and Jessica Melchert; his daughter Christina Mae Furman (Douglas); his grandchildren, Christopher Douglas Furman and Corinne Ann Daily (Gary II); his son Otis Melchert (Tammy); his grandchildren, Heather Melchert (Joe) and Nicholas Melchert (Kristy); his daughter Julia Ann Joseph (Michael); and his grandchildren, Raymond Kolarik, Theodore Kolarik, Chad Kolarik, Phillip Kolarik, Tasheenia Joseph and Jacob Joseph. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
