He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon E Leak and Alta Leona Leak (Curtis); and his sister Mary Jane White (Rose Etta Leak). He is survived by: his wife Jean Cook Leak; his children, Teresa Leak Sweet, Danelle Leak Carigon (Ryan), Peggy Salter (Keith), Terry King (Elwood), Dixie Eliason, Larry Eliason (Sharon) and Elaine Petersen (Mike); and his stepchildren, Susan Steele (Warren), Cynthia Knoop (Dick), Brenda Steele (Ken), Laureen Cook (Wes), Darvin Cook (Angie) and Linden Cook (Kim). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Lake Odessa Historical Society for the benefit of the Depot Museum.
