He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Frederick and Mary Elizabeth Van Vorst (Mosby); and his wife Laurie (Laurie). He is survived by: his sons, Nick Van Vorst and Neil Van Vorst; and his pet Shadow.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Lake Funeral Home (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Ionia County Animal Shelter in memory of Dale Eugene Van Vorst.
