He is survived by: his wife Arlinda Cusack; his children, Christopher Cusack (Lori), Carrie Everhart (Edward) and Tony Cusack (Mary); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Jessica, Aiden Cusack, Ellie, Annie Everhart, Gavin and Hannah Cusack; his siblings, Tom Cusack (Diane), Joe Cusack (Mary) and Jean Senninger; and his sister-in-law Sharry Cusack.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan (West Michigan), 989 Spaulding Avenue, Ada, Michigan 49301 in honor of Charlie.
