She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gieszl and Margaret Gieszl (Johanssen); her husband Basil Humphreys; and her siblings, Marie Huckaby and John Gieszl (Gerald Geivett).
She is survived by: her children, David Geivett (Mary), Jennifer Humrichous (Jason), Gwendolyn Wilhite (Joshua), Julianne Geivett and Annamarie Edgar (Peter); her grandchildren, Nick Geivett, Samantha Donovan (Adam), Lynnea Humrichous, Ben Humrichous, Joe Humrichous, Sam Humrichous, Noah Humrichous, Isaac Humrichous, Maggie Wilhite, Anna Wilhite, Hope Wilhite, Alex Geivett, Elijah Edgar, Evelyn Edgar, Jane Edgar and Clare Edgar; and her great grandchildren, Logan Donovan and Autumn Donovan.
Visitation will take place before the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the church, with the committal at Fairview Cemetery. in lieu of flowers, the family desires to celebrate Carol's life and love for Jesus by supporting the ministry of Wycliffe Bible Translators.
