She was predeceased by: her parents, Elva Constantine (Buxton) and Nicholas Constantine; and her siblings, Charles Constantine, Evelyn Frances Preston (Fran) and Bonnie Hampton (Tom Martin).
She is survived by: her children, Lori Spaulding (Dave), Kelli Stevenson (Tom), Connie Hanses (Dale) and Vance Kauffman (Tracy); her grandchildren, Curt Spaulding, Staci Kramer (Ryan), Kelsie Gosser (Rafael), Nick Stevenson (Lauren), Spenser Sydow (Paige), Alex Hanses, Alexis Burns (Josh), Alyssa Ferris (Brandon), Alaynie Kauffman, Arianne Goggins (Tom) and Mariah Cunningham (Devin); her brothers, David Martin (Mary) and Joseph Martin (Mary); and her friend Bob Wizorek. She is also survived by her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
