He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bara and Helen Bara (Weissert); and his wife Sue. He is survived by: his brother Joseph "Donald" Bara (Andrea) of West Rutland, VT; his children, Thomas Bara (Anne) of Lilburn, GA, Daniel Bara (Deanna) of Stone Mountain, GA and David Bara (Jennifer) of Lansing; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Katherine, Elizabeth, Benjamin and William.
This coincided with Sue's diagnosis with early-onset Alzheimer's Disease, thrusting Wes into the role of caretaker and drastically changing their long-laid retirement plans.
