He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Gail Caperton; his children, Melanie Collinsworth, Brooke Collinsworth, Nicholas Collinsworth, Andrea Ashley and Jennifer Ashley; and his grandchildren, Aaron Collinsworth, Aiden Greene, Samantha Fraley, Nathan Kates, Benjamin Collinsworth, Skyler Belanger, Ivy Belanger and Abby Goraj.
