With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Julia Matus (Interlochen, Michigan), who passed away on March 1, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Szagedy and Margaret Szagedy (Sipos); her husband Alex Matus; her son Gary; her grandson Michael; her children, Richard, Stephen (Kimberly), Mary Springer (Calvin), Mark (Vona) and Matthew (Tina); her grandchildren, Stephen, Jr., Tamara, Jill, Melissa, Andrew, Jenna and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Stephen III, Kyle, Benjamin, Austin, Erik, Lillian, Jaxin and Cameron; and her great great grandchild Roman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
