He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rifenbark and Florence Rifenbark (Bellor); his son James Rifenbark (Jimbo); and his sisters, Joyce Pacholka (Ken), Gloria and Cora Moran (Leonard).
He is survived by: his wife Joan (Atkinson); his children, Sarah Valbak (Dan) of Ashburn, VA, Angela Brown (Tom) of Bear Lake, MI, Jerry Rifenbark (Amanda) of Bolingbrook, IL and Kimberly Campbell of Colorado; and his siblings, Kay Moran (Tom), Dorothy Rifenbark and Marty Rifenbark (Crystal).
