He is survived by: his wife Dannielle Higgins (Laudermilch); his son Brett Douglas Higgins (Hannah); his siblings, Margaret, John (Deanna), Tim (Sandy), Zeke (Renee) and Merrie (Steve); his brothers-in-law, Norm Laudermilch (Alexandra) and David Laudermilch; and his granddaughters, Naomi and Natalie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
