He is survived by: his mother Lynn Picard (Brian); his sister Heather Kelsey; his stepsiblings, Michael, Alex, Brianna, Joey and Shelby; his children, Gavin, Keagan, Andrew and Lincoln; his girlfriend Jessica Hockett; his girlfriend's son Miles; his grandparents, Dan, Sue Kelsey, Don, Sandra Powell and Linda Crandell; his uncles, Scott Kelsey (Kristi) and Brian (Jeanne Fewins); and his nephew Darren. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.
