He is survived by: his wife Vicky Lynn Smith (Congdon); his children, Tracy Ann Bowman (George), Nichole Renee McDaniel (Rick), Sarah Katherine Wasilk (Tim), Michele Marie Fortier (Glenn) and Joshua Calvin Smith (Jessica Herron); his grandchildren, Natalie, Nicholas, Harrison Bowman, Buck, Beau, Bailey, Blake Fortier, Alivia, Jackson, Claire McDaniel, Ava and Presley Wasilk; his niece Jennifer Meghan Johnson (Mark); his nephew Jason Smith (Joy); his stepdaughter Kimberly Sue Holtz (Greg); and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Nicole Otto, Ryan Elizabeth Gunter and Regan Coe Dobbins.
