He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Harrison (Hannah) and Maddison; and his siblings, Sandy Evans (Dale), Bernard (Trish), Donna, Michael and Brian (Sarah). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
