She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Simmons and Lula Mae Simmons (Rodgers); her husband William Jones, Jr.; and her brothers, Arthur Davis, Calvin Simmons and Stephen Simmons, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Tyrone Jones of Las Vegas, NV and Cornelius Jones of Detroit, MI; and her siblings, Evelyn Pace of Inkster, MI, Lawrence Simmons of Inkster, MI and Melvin Simmons of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
