She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Wojewski and Florence Wojewski; her husband Fredrick Fawley; her son Todd Fawley; and her brother Daniel Wojewski.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Fawley and April Fawley; her grandchildren, Preston, Heather, Malcolm and John Kyle; her sister Theresa Root; her brother-in-law Daniel Root; and her nephews, Jeffrey, Evan and Nathan. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in memory of Ellen may be made to either the Michigan Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
