She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rev. Alexander D. Evans and Eloise Boggs Evans; her brother Marvin Evans; her children, Deborah Meadows (Charles), Thomas "Randy" Meadows (Linda) and Dr. Dorian Moore; her granddaughter Sydney Moore-Padgett; her brother-in-law Harold Meadows (Gustoria); her nephews, Dante Evans, Michael Evans and David Evans; her niece Cathy Evans; and her cousins, Geoffrey Craig and Olivia Boggs.
