He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parrott and Margaret Parrott (Howell); his daughter Linda Parrott Burger; and his sisters, Marion Herman, Betty Matts, Shirley Byce, Dorthy Phillip and Carol Alma.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Miller; his sons, Norman Jr. Parrott (Della), Ernest Parrott (Sherrie) and Randy Parrott (Janet); his son-in-law Art Burger; and his siblings, Lois Miller and James Parrott (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces', nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and extended family.
