Maxine J. Wilson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2024, at the age of 87, Maxine J. Wilson of Indian River, Michigan, born in Port Huron, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William LaVere and Dorothy LaVere (Dell); her daughter Betty Elmhirst; her brother Don LaVere; and her brother-in-law Jim Sawyer.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Wilson of Indian River; her children, Jean Thompson (Dean) of Indian River and Cameron Waggoner (JoAnn) of Tennessee; her son-in-law Jim Elmhirst of Shelby Township; her siblings, Bill LaVere (Flo) of Flushing and Gladys Sawyer of Attica; and her sister-in-law Millie LaVere of Port Huron. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
