Leroy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Kepsel and Carolynn Kepsel; and his brothers, Thomas Kepsel and Timothy Kepsel. He is survived by: his sisters, Tamara Kaminski (Bill), Wendy Keller and Dori Martin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
