He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schoettle and Charlotte Schoettle; his son Jack "Jackie" Schoettle; and his grandson Brandon French. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Linda Tederington (Thom), Robert Schwab, Antoinette Bohn (Chad), John French (Michelle) and Pam Hall; and his grandchildren, Tom, John, James, Ally, Austin, Cali, Christopher, Maddie and Veronica. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many cousins.
