He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Boers and James Boers. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his son James Boers (Beverly); his granddaughters, Cierra and Sage; his brother Steve Boers (Kellie); his stepdaughter Suzanne Francis (Scott); his grandchildren, Stella, Scarlett and Sullivan; his stepdaughter Sarah Berndt (Brian); and his grandchildren, Andrew and Julianna.
