He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Janet Vance (Jon), Rebecca Smith (Daynor) and James Pifher (Mae); his daughter-in-law Sandy; his siblings, Catherine and Donald; and his son Timothy Pifher. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
