He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Melva Jean Sturm; and his sister Marcella Martin of Franklin, NC.. He is survived by: his sons, Tommy F. Jones of Alanson, Clifford L. Jones (Virginia) of Indian River and David I. Jones (Rhonda) of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
