He is survived by: his wife Julie Kolly; his children, Andrew Jacob Kolly, Marissa Joelle Kolly and Tyler Gregory Kolly; his parents, Francis "Greg" Kolly and Mary Kolly; his siblings, Chris, Liz, Jones, Nicole and Eaton; his grandfather Frank Kolly; his nephew Doug Daniel; and his nieces, Emma Daniel, Maddie Daniel and Ellie Daniel. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
