With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roland John Sandy of Imlay City, Michigan, born in Lake Forest, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Sandy and Helen Sandy (Messian). He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Kozak (Mike) of St. Charles, IL and Gary Sandy (Karen) of Metamora; and his nieces and nephews, Kristin, Kimberly, Michael (Stephanie), Brian (Ashleigh) and Erin. He is also survived by eleven great-nieces and nephews.
The family suggests donations in lieu of flowers to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
