She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garceau and Marie Garceau (Francis); her husband Lyle; and her siblings, Paul Garceau, Joan Garceau and Cecile Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, Lyle Dougherty (Catherine) of Troy, Lynda Dougherty of Toronto, Valerie Hanselman (Russell) of Almont and Thomas Dougherty of Almont; her grandchildren, Shannon Wearing (Zubin Tiku), Russell Hanselman, Lyle Dougherty, Casey Wearing (Jacqueline), Katie Hanselman, Lyndsay Dougherty (Matthew Bruner) and Maxwell Hanselman (Michelle Peters); and her great grandchildren, Annika, Aubrey Hanselman, Nathan, Colin Wearing, Cleo Tiku, Keith, James Hanselman and Everly Bruner.
