She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Schenk and Nellie Schenk (Finkbinder); her children, Debra Mehl and Alan Chambers; and her grandson Brian Dewey.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Chambers (Julie) of Hadley, Sherry Hollis (Tim) of Lapeer, Brian Chambers (Janet) of Almont and Tammy Dewey of Imlay City; her children-in-law, Julie Chambers of Romeo and Jim Mehl of Almont; and her siblings, Lila Stone of Bad Axe and Clare Schenk of Vassar. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
