He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Chrivia and Gladys Chrivia (Metzelburg); his wife Lillian; his daughter Brenda Franklin; and his siblings, Christine Colgan, Karen Ryan, Jerry Chrivia and Bob Chrivia.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Smith (Shane), Linda Walton (Carl), John Chrivia, Joseph Chrivia (Shelley), Cassandra Bush (Scott), Mickey Arbuckle and Andy Chrivia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the family.
