He is survived by: his wife Mildred Spivey; his daughters, Melissa Shafer (Brian), Janice Hobbs (Jason) and Jessica Bozek (Jake Montgomery); his grandchildren, Alyvia, Dylan, Nicholas, Meadow and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Donna Fortier, Carol Kaszubski, Elaine Kraatz (Bill), Janice Skinner (Bob), Brian Bozek (Penny) and Pamela Russell (Steve). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
