He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bowers and Essie Bowers (Whitney); and his brother Marvin Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Timothy, Jeffery, Michael and Steven Bowers; and his sister Mae Swartz (Wayne).
