He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Y. Seger and Henrieta Seger (Lavine); his brothers, Mike and Rick Seger; and his stepdaughter Laura Siebarth.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Parker; his children, Joseph Seger (Stacey) and Valerie Seger; his stepson Thomas Saam; his siblings, Al Seger (Lynette), Bob Seger (Judy), Bill Seger (Diane), John Seger (Jackie), Darlene Ley (Rick), Debbie Laura (Carl), Patricia Salisbury (Ken), Mary Seger and Barb Seger; his grandchildren, Tiffany (Sean), Katie, AJ, Jessica, Justin, Joey II and Jacob; and his close friends, Bill and Bob. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
