He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Walker and Opal Walker (Keck); his significant other Barbara Cosby; his daughters, Shawna Burt (Eugene) and Lisa Hiteshew (Toby); his siblings, Ryan Walker, Kay Croley and Sandra Metzger; his grandchildren, Chrissy, Bonnie, Alan, Derek Poore and Tabitha Burt; and his brother Michael Walker.
