He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hames (Lorentzen) and William Hames; and his cousins, Rick Lorentzen (Kathy) of Saginaw, MI, Rob Lorentzen and Kay Lorentzen.
He is survived by: his cousins, Paul Jorgensen (Susan), Eric Lorentzen of Rochester Hills, MI and John Lorentzen (Kathy) of Saginaw, MI.
