She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Tamara Ann Smith (Dan), Kathryn Marie Hill (Jeff), John Jr. Szurpicki (Holly), Deborah Ann Anderson (Chris) and Ann Marie Myziuk (Mike); her grandchildren, Ryan Shell, Austin, Rachael Smith, Alex, Gavin Hill, Luke, Cole, Michael, Paige, Bridget Anderson, Jonathon, Colleen Szurpicki, Jacob, Adam, Emma and Sarah Myziuk; her great grandchild Logan Smith; and her siblings, Francis Ozar (Bud) and Grosse Pte.
