She was predeceased by: her husband Yale Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Helene Phillips (Paul Zerkel), Michael, Lynn Phillips (Madelyn) and Toni Foley (Tim); her grandchildren, Marc Zerkel (Lacey Patterson), David Goldenberg (Nami), Elana Jeff Gell (Goldenberg), Erik, Craig (Annie), Margeaux Phillips, Jennifer, Timmie and Brendan Foley; her sister Rosie Schwartz; her niece Irene; and her parents, Oscar Klaper and Goldie Klaper.
She devoted many hours helping to run the charity including the position of President.
