We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2020, at the age of 87, Herbert Mendelson of Huntington Woods, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cyrille Cooper (late Sam) and Sol Mendelson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mendelson; his children, Dr. David Mendelson (Lauren), Dr. Jeffrey Mendelson (Anne), Dr. Stephen Mendelson (Alice) and Dr. Diane Levine (Donald); his grandchildren, Dr. Miriam Levine (Idan Kovent), Carl Levine, Max Levine, Hannah Levine, Faye Mendelson (Andrew Kulek), Zoe Mendelson, Eil Mendelson, Lily Mendelson, Ella Mendelson, Shira Mendelson and Benjamin Mendelson; his great grandchildren, Arielle Kovent and Jacob Kovent; and his sister Mollie Hartman (late Jerry). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
