He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Ballew and Julius Ballew; and his sisters, Mary Ballew and Jeanne Ballew. He is survived by: his siblings, Julius "Jay" Ballew (Sarah), Cam Ballew (Katie), Chris Ballew (Barb Floreth) and Anne Ballew (Tom Porter); his siblings-in-law, Hannah Moss (Gordon) and Rise Bienstock-Stein; and his caregivers, Angelyn Ello, Grace Pasinos, Halima Mumuni, Linda Dismuke, Lorie Brillantes and Jean P.. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dorfman Chapel- Main Chapel. A shiva was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at the Residence of Jo and David Seidel (8411 Lincoln Dr, Huntington Woods, MI 48070).
