He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Smith and Odelia Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carole Smith; and his children, Cindy (Dick Klompstra), Cathy (Steve Chappell), Jeffrey (Melissa Smith) and Gregory (Barb Smith). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
