He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Berghorst and Jessie Berghorst; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Schut and Beth Damon. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Berghorst (Schut); his daughters, Rhonda Reimer, Teri (Andy Hubach), Julie (Mark Teusink) and Lisa (Jesse Boogaard); his siblings, Ed (Bea Berghorst) and Karen (Rich Heslinga); and his in-laws, Joe, Carol Schut, Barb and Rob Duimstra. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
