He is survived by: his children, Micki Buist, Andy Buist, Judith Henson, Thomas Henson, Karen Karsten, Allen Karsten, Rachel Bouwkamp, Gary Bouwkamp, Bernard Lubbers, Elaine Clawson, Mark Clawson, Rick Lubbers and Jill Lubbers; his grandchildren, Randy, Kathy, Marcelyn, Dennis, Melynda, John, Melissa, Scott, Brad, Heidi, Mike, Amanda, Jonathan, Keven, Renee, Shannon, Jeremy, Staci, Stephanie, Nathan, Matt, Ashley and Whitney; his close friend Lillian Holthof; and his siblings-in-law, Atts and Ralph. He is also survived by 5 step-sons and their wives.
