She was predeceased by: her father Edward De Wit. She is survived by: her husband Scott; her children, Lisa Bishop (Eric Bankard) and Michael Bishop (Molly Dobb); her grandchildren, Ian Bishop, Bella and Brandon Bankard; her mother Chieko Diephouse (Jim); her siblings, Jerry De Wit, Deborah De Heer (Paul), Jennifer Kemper, Steve De Wit, Mark De Wit and Renae De Wit; and her friend Melodie Springer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
