She was predeceased by: her husband James Berk; her son Johnnie Felty Jr.; and her parents, Raphael Ambrose and Florence Ambrose. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Felty, Jason, Shawna Felty, Jill and Rodney Bloom; her grandchildren, Nathan Felty, Miranda Felty, Chandler Felty, Carter Felty, Ethan Felty, Makayla Felty, Evelyn Felty, Julianna Nielsen, Kenny, Bridget Nielsen, Lydia Bloom and Ross Bloom; her great grandchild Isla Thompson; and her siblings, Thomas (Cyndi Ambrose) and Lori (Marc Farran). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
