He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orrell and Madelyn Orrell. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his sons, Richard Orrell (Michelle), Carl Orrell (Sherri) and Robert Orrell (Stephanie D. Bleau); his sister Shirley Lowing; his nephew Trevor Lowing; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Peter and Jim Vineyard.
