She is survived by: her mother Jerri West; her husband Scott Coblentz; her children, Joshua Coblentz (Jenn), Megan Hammond (Shea) and Kristine Coblentz (Charles Curtis); her grandsons, Brady and Henry; her siblings, Jim West, David West and Wendy West; her nieces, Sara Walker and Brittany West; her nephew Nathan West; her aunt Coleen; and her pet Pearl. She is also survived by family members and friends.
