Dan Roest Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dan Roest of Hudsonville, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Emelander; and his parents, Richard Roest and Corrine Roest. He is survived by: his wife Carol Roest; his children, Don Roest (Lisa) and Cris Kerber (Rick); his son-in-law Jeff Emelander; his grandchildren, Jennie Kerber, Megan Kerber, Justin Emelander, Josh Emelander and Jessica Avery; his great grandchildren, Ellery Emelander, Elisabeth Emelander and Atticus Avery; and his brother Gary Roest (Sue).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (2371 Riley St, Hudsonville, MI 49426). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
