He was predeceased by: his sister Dawn Seinen. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Eisenga (McCallum); his children, Adam, Bethany Eisenga and Katherine Miller; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sophie, Charlotte and Hudson; his siblings, Sam Suttorp, Jill, Rick VanEck, Sue and Kelly Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia, Rick Mouw, Sarah and Terry Prindle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
