She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Sparks; her husband Jeffrey Lewis; her daughters, Carolyn Perry (Curtis) and Katherine Lewis; her grandchildren, Ryan and Alexis Perry; her siblings, Richard Sparks Jr. (Jean), Timothy Sparks, Kathleen Russes (Rick), J. Christopher Sparks (Lynne) and Thomas Sparks; and her pet Brady. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws.
